First load of Maytags arrive at CG Mart on E. 4th St., in 1956. This storefront is now occupied by the Border Line Cafe in historic downtown Casa Grande.
John Cress hands the name of the contest winner to Gene Lehman during the Grand Opening of CG Mart that attracted over 2000 people to the store in one day,
